  1. Project Overview

The existing ten parking spaces at the main entrance of the office building within Shanghai Huijue’s Qingcun factory premises required renovation and upgrading due to severe typhoon damage. Utilising the factory’s green open space, the project expanded capacity to nineteen parking bays while constructing an integrated green smart carport combining photovoltaic power generation, energy storage systems, and charging points. The project replaces the traditional carport roof with photovoltaic panels, providing shade and rain protection while reducing vehicle temperatures beneath. Simultaneously, it supplies clean electricity to the office building and incorporates energy storage and charging facilities, creating a demonstration scenario for comprehensive green energy utilisation.
